Digital Goods Replacement Policy

Invalid Product Replacement Rules.

1. General Provisions

1.1. Digital Product (hereinafter referred to as Product) – text login credentials for accounts or other text data used on websites or in programs.

1.2. Valid Product – A functional, unblocked product that matches the description.

1.3. Invalid Product – A blocked or non-functional product, or a product that does not match the description.

1.4. Product Warranty – The process of replacing an invalid product with a valid one, or correcting product defects within 24 hours.

1.5. Invalid product verification is completed within 24 hours. If no warranty decision is made within this period, the product will be replaced.

2. Product Warranty Terms.

2.1. The warranty period for all products after delivery is 60 minutes. After the warranty period, the product is considered valid and cannot be replaced.

2.2. The warranty is provided if:

2.2.1. There are problems accessing the product that cannot be promptly resolved.

2.2.2. It is reliably established that the blocking or any other restrictions making the product invalid occurred before purchase.

2.2.3. The product is missing important parameters stated in the description.

2.2.3.1. For Facebook: Product age, verification status, PZRD status, BM.

2.2.3.2. For Google: Verification status.

2.2.3.3. For TikTok: Verified status, email access.

2.2.3.4. For Twitter and Discord: No verified status or subscribers.

2.2.3.5. For boosting services and neural networks: No internal currency on the balance.

2.2.3.6. For other products: Age, no friends or subscribers, verified status.

2.3. The warranty is not provided if:

2.3.1. Login (including via token, cookies, or browser anti-detect profile) resulted in the product being blocked, making it invalid.

2.3.2. Any actions after logging in, or the lack thereof, resulted in blocks, functionality limitations, verification cancellations, balance write-offs, or the failure of items stored in accounts. Or the item became invalid after logging in for any other reason.

2.3.3. Any actions were performed on an invalid item: filing an appeal, moving items, changing any account information, etc.

2.3.4. The item has minor defects that do not affect its validity, or is missing data that does not invalidate the item (cookies, email, 2FA, ID, token, links to additional materials, etc.)

3. Other Terms.

3.1. Each item is sold on the marketplace only once.

3.2. Priority and product-specific warranty conditions, in addition to these terms, may be posted on the product page.

3.3. Valid products purchased on the marketplace or issued through technical support are not subject to return or replacement. This also includes products purchased accidentally, by mistake, through carelessness, and/or for any other reason.

3.4. If a product was purchased and not used, a replacement will not be provided. See Section 2.1.

3.5. If claims regarding a product do not include any of the listed situations, such cases will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
